Luggage

  • All participants are allowed a carry-on sized piece of luggage and a personal item, such as a backpack. The typical carry-on sized luggage will be 22x14x9.

  • A larger checked bag will be allowed at an additional cost (the current airline luggage fee). The maximum weight for a checked bag is 50lbs.

  • Checked bags need to be paid for in advance, payments cannot be taken at the airport.

  • All group members will be provided with a personalized luggage tag to help identify their bag.

  • Leave room for souvenirs on the return trip!

Clothing

  • All group members will be required to wear the personalized tour jacket for the duration of the trip.

  • School dress code will apply to the trip.

  • We recommend students use packing cubes to help organize and manage space in their luggage. Packing cubes can be found on Amazon.

  • Be prepared to dress in layers, weather can change at any point during the trip.

  • For fall trips, we recommend bringing sweatshirts that can fit under the group jacket. Prepare for the potential of rain, rather than snow.

  • For winter trips, we recommend bringing a few thermal layers and a sweatshirt to fit under the group jacket. Beanies, scarves and gloves are also recommended.

  • For spring trips, we recommend bringing a hat and sunglasses to help with the sun and potential heat. Shorts will be strongly encouraged when the weather warms up and the humidity climbs. Be prepared for wet weather, short storms can appear daily.

  • Include a fresh pair of undergarments and socks for each day. An extra pair of socks in case of wet weather is HIGHLY recommended.

  • A clean shirt for every day will be necessary, but pants/shorts can be rotated in order to save space.

  • Bring two pairs of comfortable and broken in shoes. Nobody wants blisters!

  • DO NOT OVERPACK! Students will be responsible for carrying their luggage at all times. We will not have time for outfit changes at any point during they day; what you walk out of the hotel with, is what you’ll walk back in with.

Toiletries

  • Please bring any and all needed hygiene products (i.e. deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush, feminine products).

  • We recommend travel size options for all products, no liquids over 3.4oz will be allowed through TSA.

  • Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash will be provided by every hotel.

  • All hotels provide hair dryers.
