Spending Money

• Don’t expect change. What ever you give your student, they will spend it all!

• Talk to your student about budgeting, too many students spend all their money by the first few days.

• Students will be required to purchase their own lunch each day and one dinner during the trip (New York).

• On average, you can expect meals to cost between $15-$20. However, students always like to add dessert and extra snacks…

• Do not send your student with only one form of payment. We recommend a mixture of card, cash or mobile pay in the event that one is lost.

• If you are sending your student with a card, we recommend a card where you can monitor their spending and add funds if necessary.
